Temperance River State Park is one of many state parks with short trails that are easy to access from Hwy 61. Temperance River State Park has several waterfalls but the most impressive is hidden in a narrow canyon that is difficult to photograph. The most interesting view is from above where visitors see the waterfall disappear into the canyon.
